Transparency is a core value of our operation. Shipping costs are not flat-rate; they are calculated in real-time during the checkout process. These rates are determined by the weight of the parts, the packaging requirements, and the distance from our Austin, TX hub to your delivery address.

3. Fulfillment Timelines

Most in-stock parts are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. While we provide estimated delivery dates at the time of purchase, please note that these are projections provided by our carriers. Neu Appliance Parts does not guarantee specific arrival dates, as transit times may fluctuate due to carrier volume or external logistical factors.

4. Address Accuracy

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your suite numbers, zip codes, and gate codes. Any additional fees incurred due to address corrections or package re-routing by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your part has been scanned into our carrier's system, you will receive an automated notification containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the provider's portal.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents immediately. If a part arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy in your order, contact our parts team at support@neuapplianceparts.com within 3 business days of delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
